The 4 Min Morning Routine that will make your Day

How you start your day has a huge impact on your energy, metabolism, mood and self-control.

And I don’t know anyone who couldn’t use a little boost in energy and self-control.

The ultimate 4 minute morning workout has been a resounding favorite, but has come with one major complaint: It’s not in ‘real time’.

So I’ve finally decided to redo the routine in REAL time.

Woohoo, now we can wake up together every day.

And of coarse, if that’s moving too fast, you can absolutely just grab the moves and do them on your own!

4 Min Morning Energizer Routine

  • Push Ups: 30 Seconds
  • Legs Lifts: 30 seconds each side
  • Plank: 60 seconds
  • Spider Mans: 30 Seconds
  • Bridge Ups: 30 Seconds
  • Head Stand: 30 seconds (build up to 60 seconds, can use wall for support)
