It’s swimsuit season training time, and this is the workout to get you jump started and on your way!

This is a max HIIT training (HIIT=high intensity interval training). There are NO excuses not to do this, half the battle is simply STARTING!

The Workout

14 Exercises: 30 Seconds on (work interval), 10 seconds rest/Transition
7 Minutes to TOTAL

  • Skip
  • Knee Tuck and Cross Leg Push Up
  • Step and Swing (like kettlebell swing with some sort of weight)
  • Right Leg Lunges Pulses (hands over head)
  • Crab Can Cans
  • Left Leg Lunges Pulses (hands over head)
  • Lunge and Shoulder Press to Tippy Toes (light dumbbells)
  • Right Leg Cross Over Squats (right foot on left knee and air squat down and up)
  • Jack Knife Abs (like in yoga using block tn knees and hands)
  • Right Leg Cross Over Squats (right foot on left knee and air squat down and up)
  • Boat Pose V-Scissor Legs
  • Jump Kick Right Leg
  • Leg Cross Over Squats (right foot on left knee and air squat down and up)
  • Jump Kick Left Leg
