It’s summer time, which means, it’s time to get busy. This year, own that NEW swimsuit and get excited to strip off all the layers.

Here is my new go-to Fabulous flat abs workout, perfect for summer but honestly, is there a time of year you don’t want FAB abs?

It’s four minutes, no equipment needed, we’ve got no possible reason NOT to do this!

The Workout

  • 30 seconds each
  • One Arm Rock Star – one side
  • Side Airplank planes – one side
  • Break Dancer – both sides
  • One Arm Rock Star – one side
  • Side Airplank planes – one side
  • Crab opposite arm/opposite leg touches
  • Lay on back flutter legs side to side
  • T-twists with weight
