Arms, Abs and Ass Workout

Working on the arms, abs and the, you know….a$$!

Remember the workout starts and finishes in your brain, today, use this workout as a the chance to get out of our comfort zone, an opportunity to DREAM big and take risks!

If you are someone that typically holds back, finishes with more in the tank, then experiment with letting loose a little today. Pick an effort level that is challenging enough that it leaves a little room for doubt as to whether or not you’ll be able to hold it for the full set. Then, go after it with guts! This is the “edge” that successful people have. More often than not, you’ll surprise yourself –in a good way!

The Workout

 

Complete as many rounds as you can of each exercise in one minute.

Either do this routine after your cardio workout OR, aim for 3 full rounds to make it your total strength routine.

  • Push Ups or Knee-Ups
  • Plank Hold
  • One Leg Steps Ups
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Tricep Dips
  • Walking Lunges
  • Bicycles
  • V-Ups

When you’re finished, send it to someone you think could ‘use’ it, or benefit from it and tag them (and ME) so I can follow and respond!

Maybe even get someone to do it with you!
