Back-to- School Favorite Workout

How fast summer seems like a distant memory, as we FALL full swing into back-to-school season. I love this time of year, because it also means we feel like a rest crisp new start with routines!

I’ve got this new Old School Favorite ‘Back to School’ Workout video just for you and your busy schedule!

Workout

2 x 30 seconds of each exercise with 20 seconds active recovery between sets

  • burpees
  • tricep dips
  • tuck jumps
  • floor reach
  • alternating arm/leg lift (plank)
  • runner curls
