The Best Bodyweight Butt Workout

This week’s workout is all about working out that butt so it’s tight, toned, and ready for this spring’s short shorts, skirts and dresses and all around feeling and looking great!

AR Butt Workout Small

There is NO excuse when it comes to not doing this butt workout! It’s less than 10-minutes and all you need is a few feet of open space and your own bodyweight.  So, get your butt off the couch and join me right now, there are no ifs, ands, or butts about it 😉

This is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style workout so you’ll need a stop watch or interval timer.  I really like GymBoss.

The Workout:

3 Rounds / 30 seconds each exercise (total time: 9-minutes)

  • Squats
  • Plié Squat Pules
  • Hip-ups
  • Hip-ups In & Out
  • Alt. Step-ups
  • Curtsey Lunges w/ Leg Lift
