Healthy Portable Greek Yogurt Cookie Dough for Breakfast!

This post was sponsored by LARABAR

Warning this could change the way you think about breakfast!

When it comes to breakfast, I tend to be picky. I want to look forward to breakfast, but I also try to keep it healthy! I feel like it sets the tone for the day, but it ALSO has to be fast, convenient and portable, especially during the week, in other words, it has to be something I can throw in my gym bag and GO!

I don’t usually do direct shout outs, but this new-found creation I’m obsessed with, and since sharing is caring, I’m going to share with you.

Oh PLUS, I tend to enjoy finding creative new ways to health-ify my favorite snacks.

What you Need
• Cookie Dough Flavored LARABAR
• 1 cup low fat Greek yogurt

What to do:
1. Microwave LARABAR bar for approximately 10 seconds (make sure you take out of the package)
2. Break it up into bite-sized pieces and stir into Greek yogurt

If you are thinking: why LARABAR? Just look at the ingredient list – these bars are made with REAL quality foods such as nuts and fruit, they are gluten-free and vegan and definitely among the best tasting ‘ready-to-eat’ bars out there!

Does it get any better than this? Talk about great energy and a delicious start to your day!

On any given day, there is ALWAYS a bar in my gym bag, and on the days I’m getting fancy, I also throw in the Greek yogurt cup, and have this gourmet treat ☺

ENJOY!

p.s. there are SO MANY flavors to choose from, you can try any of them and see what your favorite flavor is? Maybe you are fruity, and want to try the lemon bar? Personally I love the peanut butter cookie and chocolate chip brownie.
What are your favorites?
