When it comes to breakfast, I tend to be picky. I want to look forward to breakfast, but I also try to keep it healthy! I feel like it sets the tone for the day, but it ALSO has to be fast, convenient and portable, especially during the week, in other words, it has to be something I can throw in my gym bag and GO!
I don’t usually do direct shout outs, but this new-found creation I’m obsessed with, and since sharing is caring, I’m going to share with you.
Oh PLUS, I tend to enjoy finding creative new ways to health-ify my favorite snacks.
What you Need
• Cookie Dough Flavored LARABAR
• 1 cup low fat Greek yogurt
What to do:
1. Microwave LARABAR bar for approximately 10 seconds (make sure you take out of the package)
2. Break it up into bite-sized pieces and stir into Greek yogurt
