I just had a conversation with my girlfriend, Annie, which propelled me to write this. Annie has been wanting to lose about 10lbs, but more than anything wants to firm up, meaning she would be happy to simply lose inches vs pounds.
Here’s Annie’s problem: she does 60-90 minute yoga sessions 3-4 times per week. That’s a serious commitment! While she does enjoy some benefits (relaxation, stretching), she isn’t receiving the tight, lean, hard body, or even the cardio vascular fitness level she desires.
