WHAT IS THE BEST CARDIO WORKOUT FOR BURNING OFF FAT?

As the summer approaches – and even during the summer – we will want to pick up the pace on cardio to help in burning off the fat we have so carefully accumulated over the cold winter months.

This is usually not what most of us want to hear. I mean honestly, who wants to sit on the stationary bike and stare at the wall any longer than necessary.

So, WHAT IS THE BEST CARDIO WORKOUT FOR BURNING OFF FAT?

With the right type of workout you will not only burn MORE in less time than any boring old cardio machine for hours on end, but also keep your body oxidizing fat at a greater rate for hours after you’re done exercising.

This week’s workout is especially that type of workout: Fat Burner Extraordinaire – No Equipment!


The Workout

2 Sets @ 30 Seconds each with 10 second transitions/recovery

Set One:
Star Jump Touch Down = 1.20
One Leg Spider Reaches -1.20
Star Jump Touch Down = 1.20
One Leg Spider Reaches -1.20

 

Set Two:
Straight Arm Jacks
Wide Leg Push-up with shoulder tap
4 punches + 4 high knees
Plank Walk Side to Side

 

Cool Down:
Boxer Run
Sides Stretches
