Hot & Healthy Holiday HIIT Workout + YUNI Contest Announcement
This is a total body blaster which only has 5 exercises but will get you burning more per minute AND after the workout than any other steady cardio workout, PLUS it sculpts, tones and gives you functional training without any machines!
Ready? It’s time to HIIT it Hard!
FYI- If done right, this is an extremely intense and advanced workout, however it is modifiable for ALL levels, and encouraged, as it is a direct way to see change in your fitness.
Beginners, you should absolutely modify as needed. Suggestions for modifications are given, but if you need any that I haven’t listed, comment below and I’ll get you an answer and recommendation asasp.
- 10 plyo Jumps
- 10 Push Ups
- 10 Weighted Squats
- 10 Plank Hippies
- 10 Burpees
- Beginner: 1-2 rounds OR 3 Rounds modified
- Intermediate 3 Rounds or 4 rounds with modifications
- Advanced: 4-5 Rounds
