How To Stay Positive When Sh$t Hits The Fan

Wouldn’t it be nice to live in a rose colored bubble? Maybe, but I have to say, wouldn’t that be boring? Stress is a part of life, but too much can be very hard on you, mentally and physically.

We all experience times when it seems the universe is raining on us and we can’t catch a break, or when ‘sh$t hits the fan’ (I love that phrase).
