What you need for the Workout:
- Your Best Intensity!
- Interval Timer or Stopwatch (I recommend this Gymboss Interval Timer)
Here’s the Workout:
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Tricep Dips
- =1 Round
- Goal is to complete 5 Rounds – that’s 100 reps total!!
- And record your time!
