“Help, I want so badly to tighten up, slim down, increase energy, [insert your personal goal here], I know I should do it for SO many reasons, but my problem is keeping motivated! I can do it for a couple weeks, then I hit a wall, or the program ends, time passes, whatever the reason I eventually completely lose motivation. What can I do to re-ignite that motivation?”
