Antioxidant Nut Blend Greek Yogurt with Grapefruit and Coffee
Healthy nuts or granola are a great way to add some crunch to greek yogurt! The blend of sweet nuts in this antioxidant-rich breakfast is very important, and cannot be substituted for other nuts, as those do not hold the same nutritional value. Also, if you don’t like your coffee black, you can add a splash of almond milk or Truvia sweetener for taste!
- 1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt
- 2 walnuts
- 2 almonds
- 1 tsp pepitas
- 1/2 grapefruit
- 1 cup black coffee
- Blend greek yogurt with nut mix and enjoy with grapefruit and coffee!
