This homemade trail mix is much healthier than those you can buy. Trail mix seems like a healthy option, but is often riddled with unhealthy nuts and other negative qualities. Making your trail mix at home verifies that it is fresh and healthy! This combination of nuts is rich in omega-3 and antioxidants!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon pepitas
  • 1 tablespoon almonds
  • 1 tablespoon dried cranberries

Instructions:

  • Simply mix all nuts in a bowl or cup and enjoy!
