AR Energizer Smoothie
This smoothie is the best energy boost for a busy morning and is so simple and easy to make! Plus, the added chia seeds and flax seeds make it a perfect holistic healthy breakfast to start your day. You can change it up every time by adding different berries or types of non-dairy milk!
- 8-12 ounces water or unsweetened almond milk
- 1-2 tbs chia seeds (Health Warrior recommended)
- 1 tbs flax seed
- 1/2-1 cup berries
- 1/2-1 cup ice
- Simply combine all ingredients and blend!
- I recommend the Magic Bullet mixer (you simply throw all your ingredients into the cup, plug it in, and voila, done in 20 seconds).
