Cantaloupe Greek Yogurt
This protein-packed breakfast is a sure fire way to boost your morning energy! It is easy and quick to not only make, but to eat on your way to work as well!
- ½ cup chopped cantaloupe
- 1 tbs flax seeds
- ½ cup non-fat greek yogurt
- Chop cantaloupe in ½ cup of pieces.
- Add to ½ cup of non-fat greek yogurt and top with 1 tablespoon flax seeds.
- Stir and enjoy!
