Cantaloupe Greek Yogurt

This protein-packed breakfast is a sure fire way to boost your morning energy! It is easy and quick to not only make, but to eat on your way to work as well!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup chopped cantaloupe
  • 1 tbs flax seeds
  • ½ cup non-fat greek yogurt

Instructions:

  • Chop cantaloupe in ½ cup of pieces.
  • Add to ½ cup of non-fat greek yogurt and top with 1 tablespoon flax seeds.
  • Stir and enjoy!
