Its short, it’s quick, so it should be SUPER intense. Give it everything! Don’t think about how much it hurts, think about where it is getting you. And as always after ANY workout, please try to find the time to STRETCH!
Do each of these 6 moves for 1 minute without stopping between exercises. After you’ve completed one round, rest for 60 seconds, then go again. Perform the circuit three times (20 minutes & done!). This workout can be easily timed with a miniMax Gymboss Interval Timer.

- Wide Leg High Knees
