Egg White Turkey Scramble
This breakfast is always my go-to for a busy day. It’s packed full of protein and provides tons of lasting energy and fullness!
- 2 egg whites
- 2 slices of thinly sliced turkey (recommended: Hillshire Farm)
- 1 tablespoon Jack cheese
- In a small-medium bowl, add 2 egg whites and 2 torn up or cut up slices of thinly sliced turkey (I recommend Hilshire Farm).
- Scramble the mixture and add in 1 tablespoon of Jack cheese.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the mixture.
- Scramble and enjoy!
