Get Ready, this workout is going to make you breathless, its going to make you sweat. It is proof you don’t need ANYTHING but your body and 15 minutes to get a serious workout and whip yourself into shape no matter where your life takes you.
After your warm-up, complete 30 seconds of each exercise moving from one to the next with little to no rest in between. At the end of completing all 8 exercises, take a short break and repeat the cycle 2-3 times.
- Reptile Outsides in Plank
- Hold Plank
- Tuck Jumps
- Plank Opposite Arm/Leg Reaches
- Arm Wheels (w light weights)
- Straddle/Wide Leg Jump into Squat Position
- Rower’s Crunches
- HeadStand Leg Lowers
