Fruit Salad

This simple snack just hits the spot. Fruit salad never gets old!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of mixed fruit

Instructions:

  • Simply cut up pieces of your favorite fruits and mix.
  • I recommend cantaloupe, honeydew melon, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries for this salad.
  • Fruit does have a lot of sugar, so be sure to limit yourself to 1 cup of fruit salad.
