High Over Cocktail with Veggies

If a cocktail alone isn’t satisfying your late afternoon hunger, you can enjoy some raw veggies with it. Tomatoes, celery, carrots, and cucumber are all fair game this afternoon!

Ingredients:

  • Raw veggies of your choice (tomatoes, celery, carrots, cucumber)
  • 1-2 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1/3 Squeezed Lemon
  • Sprinkling of Stevia for taste
  • 1-2 cups water or coconut water for extra potassium and electrolytes
