- 8oz nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 cup 100% pure pumpkin puree
- 1 tbs Chia Seeds
- 1 tbs chopped or shaved almonds or walnuts
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
For metabolism booster cocktail:
- 6 oz coconut water
- 6 oz green tea
