Ingredients:

For Pudding:

  • 8oz nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup 100% pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbs Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbs chopped or shaved almonds or walnuts
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

For metabolism booster cocktail:

  • 6 oz coconut water
  • 6 oz green tea

Instructions:

  • Just mix together all listed ingredients well and enjoy, shaken or stirred!
  • It is also best served chilled or over ice!
