This is a refreshing and creative spin on simple edamame. It’s also super quick and easy to make!
- 1/2 cup shelled edamame
- 1 lemon slice or 1/2 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
- A pinch of salt
- Simply grab a handful of frozen shelled edamame (about 1/2 cup) and run under steaming hot water to thaw.
- Place the dried edamame in a bowl and drizzle or spray with fresh lemon juice.
- Add a pinch of salt for taste and voila!
