NYC – Lemon Edamame

Lemon Edamame

This is a refreshing and creative spin on simple edamame. It’s also super quick and easy to make!


  • 1/2 cup shelled edamame
  • 1 lemon slice or 1/2 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt


  • Simply grab a handful of frozen shelled edamame (about 1/2 cup) and run under steaming hot water to thaw.
  • Place the dried edamame in a bowl and drizzle or spray with fresh lemon juice.
  • Add a pinch of salt for taste and voila!
