Sexy Svelte Smoothie
I know that this is technically only a beverage, but it is a great lunch for when you’re on the run or prepping for a workout! If it isn’t filling enough for you, accompany it with an AR Clean Meal Salad. But, give the lunch smoothie a chance, you might find yourself surprisingly satisfied after!
- 2 tbs High Quality Whey Protein (highly recommend IsaPro protein)
- 1 cup almond or rice milk
- ½ cup berries of your choice (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- ½-1 cup ice
- Simply pour the protein, almond or rice milk, and berries over the 1/2 -1 cup of ice and blend!
- It also tastes delicious simply stirred!
