This spin on air popped popcorn has quite a kick to it! Luckily, you can adjust the spice to your liking.
- 2 cups of air popped popcorn
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- Hot sauce, to taste
- Use an air popper to make popcorn – I HIGHLY recommend purchasing one of these, not only does it save you lots of unwanted chemicals, calories and money on microwave and pre-packaged, it takes less than 5 minutes for SUCH a satisfying, high-fiber snack!
- Toss 2 cups of the popcorn with 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil and hot sauce to taste.
