This refreshing snack is a great hydrating boost in the morning! It is really easy to make – just cut up watermelon and place in a plastic bag with the mint leaves! The longer the mint and watermelon sit together, the more the flavors combine and the better it tastes! That makes this a great snack to make the night before or to take to work with you!

  • 1 cup of cut watermelon
  • 5-6 chopped mint leaves
