Top 5 On-The-Go Exercises | Body Weight Workout

You’ve probably heard me say it before, but I will keep repeating it because it’s the TRUTH… when it comes to exercise your own body is THE best tool you have. While equipment can  help you diversify and mix it up, not having access to a fitness center or fancy equipment is NO excuse to not workout.  If you have an ‘Able-Body’, you CAN get into the BEST shape of your life.

There are ENDLESS equipment-free workouts out there, some better than others. You can find over 100 workout videos on my Youtube Channel and full length, real-time, body weight workouts here on Fit Strong and Sexy!

For this workout I am featuring 5 of my all-time favorite, most effective body weight exercises! They’re great for when you’re on-the-go because you don’t need anything except your own body, a few feet of open space and a stop watch or timer (I use GymBoss)!

 

 

The Workout:

*30 seconds each exercise:

  • Burpee Star Jumps
  • Push-Up to Open Up
  • Squat Jumps
  • One Legged Pike Jump (each side)
  • Side Plank Air Crunch (each side)

REPEAT circuit a total of 3 times!
