Total serious WHOLE BODY Intensity, this workout is one I love to hate and hate to love! It forces you out of your comfort zone and beyond limits you may not have otherwise thought you could push!
What You Need:
- Ab Roller (can also use a bosu ball)
Complete the following 5 exercises as HARD as you can, for the number of reps indicated. Repeat the cycle a total of 4 times and post your time!!
- 10 burpees
- 12 lunge jumps
- 15 barrier hops
- 20 high knees
- 12 Ab Rollers
