What you need:
- Just a stopwatch or Interval Timer, so you can keep track of how long it takes you and try to beat your time! (I use the Gymboss Timer – you can order it HERE)
- 50 Jumping Jacks
- 10 Burpees
- 50 High Knees
- 10 Squat Jumps
- 50 Skaters
- 10 Rower Crunches
