That depends on your definition of beginner. While the program is advanced in nature, modifications can be made to make it suitable for a wide range of fitness levels and starting points.

The truth is, you’re going to get the best results by following the program exactly as outlined, but I have clients that I work with only 3 times a week and still breed amazing results.
