What you need:

a set of light to medium dumbbells.


The  Sexy Sculpted Arm Workout:


  • Wide Knee Push Ups x10
  • Rope Climbers (jumping spiders) x20
  • Plank Leg Lifts + Arm Lifts x 10
  • Tricep Knee Push Ups
  • [W weights]
  • Side arm lifts
  • Front arm lifts
  • Shoulder press
  • Squat to shoulder press
  • Shoulders back tick tocks
