2 Rounds of 6 Exercises.
The goal is to do each exercise at max intensity for 30 seconds, with 15-20 seconds between each to recover.
It’s better to max out before the end of the 30 scone interval, than it is to breeze through it and not need the recovery. You will get out of it what you put into it and remember, you WILL ALWAYS RECOVER!
- Interval Timer (I recommend ordering a Gymboss Interval Timer)
- Tricep Dips
- Hit the Floors
- Tuck Jumps
- Plank Swimmers
- Fast Feet Hurdlers
