Super Max Burn Cardio Jump Rope Workout

This is a quickie but a toughie! In fact if I’m feeling tired and need a pick-me-up, I absolutely LOVE this, and not only because it’s a max burn cardio jump rope workout, it never fails to put me in a good mood.

What You Need:

-Jump rope – optional, you can ‘air jump’ if you don’t have one handy

-Interval Timer or Stopwatch (I use a Gymboss Interval Timer for these workouts)

The Workout

  • 30 /seconds Jump Rope
  • 30 Seconds Double Time Jump Rope
  • 30 Seconds Regular Jump
  • 30 Seconds Left Leg Jumping
  • 30 Seconds Right Leg Jump
  • 30 Seconds Jump Fast to the finish

= 3 minutes

1-2 min break

Repeat
