This workout is inspired by the highly popular ‘Tabata’ style workout. I know there is a lot of controversy over the definition/expectations of tabata. The Bottom Line is, tabata is a form of high intensity interval training, a type of training that works wonders in getting you into the best shape of your life, blasting fat and revving your metabolism!
Today, I’ve used the concept of short powerful bursts of cardio and bodyweight training to create a full body workout, all you need is 15 min and yourself! Half the battle is getting up and showing up – so don’t wait any longer, get up – show up and step it up!

- Interval Timer (I recommend ordering a Gymboss Interval Timer)
*Complete 4 rounds of each circuit below: doing 20 seconds of each exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4-minute each
- Plank Obliques
- Squat with kick
- Plank Skaters
- High Knees
- Turkish Get-ups
