‘Healthy‘ and ‘Holiday’ seem like a paradox?
With the busiest month, Exercise Habits tend to fall off the wagon (or sled) in an attempt to get to the holiday tasks. Meal planning and healthy eating becomes the exception verses the rule. And carving out time to sit back, meditate or just simply relax and enjoy the wonders of the season gets completely swept away in the holiday hustle.
