The Workout

1. Start 1 min: 5 Jacks + 5 Side Raises left and right
2. Do the following (4 rounds of 8 reps of each or 24 reps total)

  • Thigh Ups (floor to ceiling lift)
  • Pulsing Thigh Ups
  • High leg circles
  • Clam Shells

 

Other Side

3. 1 min: 5 Jacks + 5 Side Raises left and right
4. Top of Table Position
(Extend Right leg straight behind and 4 rounds of 8 reps each exercise)

  • Outer Thigh pulses
  • Outer Thigh Circles
  • Diagonal-toe to floor + to ceiling
